To correctly exercise the right of withdrawal or replacement and to be able to return or exchange a product that is damaged or imperfect, you must observe the conditions below in order to obtain a refund or replacement of the amount paid by you during the purchase:
- The shipment must be made no later than 14 working days from receipt of the shipment.
- The products must be returned with a single shipment and original packaging received on delivery. We recommend not to apply adhesive tapes or documents directly on the original packaging, but to wrap the product in special brown bags with bubble wrap for packaging or to insert it inside a protective box.
- The products are previously subjected to checks before shipment to verify their quality, they must be returned intact as received, unused (beyond the simple test) or damaged.
In this case, you can decide to receive the purchased products again, bearing the shipping costs. It will then not be possible to refuse the shipment sent.
